The Desen DSP 1008 High Precision Fully Automatic Screen Printer operates a direct drive system which is composed of two independent print heads. Each of them is driven directly by a high precision stepping motor. The Desen DSP 1008 High Precision Fully Automatic Screen Printer has an automatic stencil cleaning system which can be programmed for a variety dry, wet and vacuum cycle to clean the underside of the stencil. The PCB transportation and clamping systems are also driven by stepping motors. The stepping motor on the Desen DSP 1008 High Precision Fully Automatic Screen Printer is smarter than an A/C motor as it separates the transport process in to two stages. Desen use a strong vacuum chamber to support the PCB and this allows the user to print thinner PCB’s. An advanced precise optics vision system with upper/lower vision improves PCB and stencil position. It uses an Omni direction lamp-house that ensures optics vision accuracy. Desen DSP 1008 High Precision Fully Automatic Screen Printer operation system is based on Windows XP interface.
