Preface
PLC products worldwide can be divided into three major categories by region: American products, European products and Japanese products. The United States and Europe are famous for large and medium-sized PLCs, while Japan is famous for small PLCs. A series of domestic PLCs have appeared in the domestic market, with relatively low prices and high cost performance.
1. European PLC products
Germany's SIEMENS and AEG and France's TE are famous PLC manufacturers in Europe. Siemens' electronic products have long been renowned for their excellent performance, and are as famous as A-B companies in the United States in the field of medium and large PLC products.
The main products of Siemens PLC are the S5 and S7 series. The S7 series is a new product launched based on the S5 series PLC, and its price/performance ratio is very high.
(1) S7-200 series The S7-200 series is a small PLC from Siemens. It is suitable for automation of detection, monitoring and control in various industries and various occasions. It has a very high cost performance, as shown in the figure below.
(2) S7-300 series The S7-300 series is the most widely used medium-sized PLC of Siemens. It can support and help users in programming, startup and maintenance. It is the most sold PLC product of Siemens, as shown in the figure below.
(3) S7-400 series The S7-400 series is a large PLC of Siemens. It adopts a modular structure. It has unique template expansion and configuration functions, allowing it to be flexibly combined according to different needs, as shown in the figure below.
2. American PLC products
The United States is a major PLC producer, with more than 100 PLC manufacturers. The famous ones include A-B Company, General Electric (GE) Company, MODICON Company, Texas Instruments (TI) Company, Westinghouse Company, etc. Among them, A-B Company is the largest PLC manufacturer in the United States, with complete product specifications and rich varieties. Its products account for about half of the U.S. PLC market.
3. Japanese PLC products
Japan's small PLC is the most distinctive and is very famous in the field of minicomputers. Certain controls that can only be achieved with European and American medium-sized computers or large-scale computers can be solved by Japanese minicomputers. There are many PLC manufacturers in Japan, such as Mitsubishi, Omron, Panasonic, Fuji, Hitachi, Toshiba, etc. In the global small PLC market, Japanese products account for about 70%.
Mitsubishi Corporation Mitsubishi Corporation's PLC is an early product that entered the Chinese market. The PLCs it produces include FX series and Q series. The FX series are small PLCs and the Q series are large PLCs.
(1) FX1S series FX1S series PLC is the smallest classic product in Mitsubishi's PLC family. It not only has complete performance, but also has scalability such as communication functions, as shown in the figure below.
(2) FX1N series FX1N series PLC is a powerful popular PLC launched by Mitsubishi Company. It has scalability such as extended input/output, analog control and communication, and link functions. It is widely used in general sequence control, as shown in the figure below. .
(3) FX2N series FX2N series PLC is the most advanced series in Mitsubishi's FX family. It has high-speed processing and scalable performance, providing maximum flexibility and control capabilities for factory automation applications, as shown in the figure below.
(4) FX3 U series FX3 U series PLC is the third generation PLC product recently launched by Mitsubishi Company. Its basic functions have been greatly improved, and new positioning instructions have been added. The positioning control function is more powerful and more convenient to use, as shown in the figure below.
(5) Q series Q series PLC is a large PLC product launched by Mitsubishi. It has the characteristics of ultra-small size, rich models, flexible installation methods, dual CPU collaborative processing, etc. It is the highest performance among Mitsubishi's existing PLCs. products, as shown in the picture below.
Omron (OMRON) Company Omron Company's PLC products have very complete specifications, including large computers, medium-sized computers, small computers and microcomputers.
(1) CP1L series CP1L series PLC is a microcomputer of Omron Company. It has a small programming capacity and a small number of input/output points. It is very small in size but very fast, as shown in the figure below.
(2) CPM1A series CPM1A series PLC is a small integrated PLC from Omron Company. It is generally used in small equipment and small-scale control systems, as shown in the figure below.
(3) C200H series C200H series PLC is Omron's best-selling high-performance medium-sized machine in the past few years. It has a complete set of I/O modules and high-function modules, as well as strong communication and network functions, as shown in the figure below.
(4) CS1 series CS1 series PLC is a mainframe produced by Omron. It has the highest I/O response performance and data processing functions. It can more accurately and significantly reduce process time and control equipment operation, as shown in the figure below. .
