JUKI 2050 2060 machines use 1.44M floppy disks to copy programs. Nowadays, 1.44M floppy drives are rarely configured on office computers, and 1.44M floppy disks are also rare, making it inconvenient to copy programs. 1.44 floppy disks and floppy drives are obsolete equipment, and their quality is difficult to guarantee. They will not last long. Using USB flash drives has long been a common choice for office and computer use. JUKI's new and high-end machines all directly support the use of USB flash drives.
JUKI 2050 2060 machine CPU boards are equipped with USB interface configurations, but the original JUKI machine system cannot be used directly.
Modification method:
(1) Insert a USB extension cable into any USB port on the JUKI CPU board, and extend the other end of the extension cable to a suitable position outside the machine to fix it, which is the USB flash drive socket;
(2) Copy the upgrade program to the WINDOWS installation directory, insert the USB flash drive, and after the system is automatically installed, you can use the USB flash drive.

JUKI machines can save 1.44 floppy disk and floppy drive usage costs by switching to USB flash drives. Using USB flash drives to copy and back up programs is convenient and fast, and improves work efficiency.
After one machine is modified, all SMT workshop machines can be upgraded to USB flash drives, greatly saving costs.
