Equipment Principle:
The SMD counter uses photoelectric sensing principle, utilizing the correspondence between the component carrier tape guide holes and the components. Through dedicated processing chips and large-scale centralized circuitry, it achieves zero-error accurate measurement of SMD component quantity.
Product Details:
The product comes in two versions: one with an additional optical fiber(902) and one without(901).
The version(902) with an additional optical fiber can detect empty parts in the conveyor belt and automatically stops when it encounters a tail piece.
The version(901) without an additional optical fiber requires manual intervention by pressing the stop button after measurement.

Printer & Scanner:
Printer and scanner need to be purchased separately. An external SMD counter can be added.
After the counter finishes its cycle, click the print button to scan the barcode on the material tray label. The number of SMD components measured will be automatically generated and printed out as a barcode.
